Corrections and feedback

Editorial corrections and update policy

Clear corrections protect customers from relying on an outdated assumption. Reports are assessed against the affected technical rule, page family and any current official source rather than changing one isolated page without checking related content.

What to report

Useful reports identify the exact URL, statement, reason for concern, product or machinery context and any supporting source, test result or supplier information. Presentation, accessibility and broken-link problems are also welcome.

How a report is assessed

The affected page is checked alongside related product profiles, packaging formats, machinery guides and structured data. Where a shared rule is wrong, the correction should be applied across every affected page rather than only the reported example.

Substantive and minor changes

A substantive correction changes technical meaning, scope, official-source basis or customer decision guidance and should update the modified date. Typographical, styling and navigation changes do not necessarily represent a new technical review.

Urgent safety or compliance issues

Do not rely on this website to resolve an immediate unsafe condition. Stop work, follow the site escalation and safe-isolation procedures, and obtain competent assistance. A website correction can follow after the immediate risk is controlled.
